Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from https://krunalperfumery.com/ and should be read along with our Terms & Conditions.

1. No Return / No Exchange / No Replacement.
Returns replacement and exchanges are not accepted once the order is placed
As we deal in empty perfume bottles and packaging materials, products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to the fragile and specialized nature of the items.

2. No Refund for Delivered Products
Once an order is delivered successfully, no refund will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided for:
Change of mind
Incorrect product selection
Minor variations in design, color, or finish

3. Refund for Duplicate or Failed Transactions
Refunds are only applicable in cases of:
Duplicate payment
Payment deducted but order not placed

Such refunds should be raised within 24 hours of order placed / payment deducted on krunalperfumery@gmail.com

Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed and credited within 7–10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only
Any payment gateway or bank processing charges are non-refundable

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
DEVARSH SALES is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.
